We know that choosing the right promotional merchandise for your business is a big decision. That’s why we offer product samples—so you can check the quality, feel, and style before placing a bulk order. Whether you're considering branded items for an event, printed giveaways, or budget-friendly advertising products, samples can help you make a confident choice.
How to Request a Sample
Start by browsing our range and requesting a written quote for any branded with your logo products you're interested in. This gives you a clear idea of pricing, product details, and whether the items suit your business needs and budget.
Once you've reviewed the quote and you're happy with the options, we’ll walk you through the sample process.
Sample Costs
Samples are available at the quoted unit price, plus a flat $25 fee to cover freight and admin. All samples are supplied blank—without any printed logos or advertising messages—so you can focus on the product itself.
A tax invoice will be issued, and payment is required before dispatch.
Stock and Timing
Sample dispatch usually takes a few days, depending on warehouse availability. Please keep in mind that factories prioritise bulk orders, so samples may take a little longer. Stock levels can change quickly, and final availability is only confirmed once an order is placed. Occasionally, products may sell out while samples are being arranged.
